Chim Kothari - The Sound Of Sitar (1966)

It has to be said that our Chim is no Lord Sitar, but this is still an interesting album to listen to.  There are a couple of his own compositions thrown in for good measure too.

Looking forward to this, you can never have too much sitar! (But don't quote me on that!)

Thank you.

In a 1970s movie called "Quand tu seras débloqué fais-moi signe" aka "Les Baba-Cools", the actress Anémone used to say:
"Yesterday I dreamt of you. You were naked on a donkey and you were playing the Sitar"
I'm sure this record will help me dive into the weekend in a such a way.
Please keep up the very good work!

(Have too much sitar)

Thank you for posting this.
The change in familiar songs is interesting, but only in small doses.

Keep up your good work

Admittedly, it does sound like he's never actually seen a sitar before...
