Geoff Love & His Orchestra - Star Wars & Other Space Themes (1978)
I know what you're thinking and yes, these have been posted a thousand times on a thousand different sites, but I recently managed to find this album on CD - I'd been looking for it for a few years - so I thought I'd upload a clean, crackle-free version. The CD also includes the follow-up LP Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Other Disco Galactic Themes, so you get two albums for the price of one!

Malcolm Lockyer Orchestra - Themes For TV (1975)

A really tremendous album this. Malcolm Lockyer's wonderful TV Themes album, which were all the rage at the time. Side One is uptempo and funky and side two...er, isn't.
This is his version of Alan Tew's Hanged Man, AKA The Detectives. And Midweek.

An album that have been hanging around unposted for quite a while. Some nice interpretations on here, including Mike Leander's great version of The Silencers.
