If you're having a cocktail party tonight, here's something to make the party "swing".  Or not.

Anyone have any info on Pete Wilson? Can't find anything on him or any of the other members.

Jazzuk, this is interesting, I couldn't find anything online in the various places where I would usually find infos about the most obscure artists.

This LP had been recently auctioned on the australian ebay, that was all.

Isn't that strange? Could it be that this guy was using a pseudonym (or several)? Or was it really just one album and then he vanished?

Thanks I-FE for another nice album, interesting to hear something new and fresh, despite its age!

Yes, intriguing one this GW, not finding anything on five musicians. Probably five mates in the back bedroom! Thanks for the tunes anyway I-FE.

I notice there's a copy for sale in the States . My copy was 49p from Oxfam. Pretty poor condition too , apologies about that.

It wasn't unusual for arranger/conductors to produce works for other employers using a pseudonym a la Chuck Sagle/Carl Stevens among others. So it's easily possible that was the case with this album.

I never heard of Pete Wilson before, but I had to grab it because it has vibes. I love albums like this with Latin rhythms added to easy listening. Some songs sound like exotica.

Hey Mr S - finally got round to unzipping this tonight (lol!) great record - however i believe Side A & Side B have been switched, as track 1 is actually "The Way You Look" (which is down as track 6) & track 2 is "I'm Gonna Sit Right Down" (listed as track 7) etc etc
