Well, as Andy Williams once sang "It's the most wonderful time of the year..." and he was right...the release of a new Star Wars film, what could be more wonderful than that?

To celebrate I'm reposting some of those cool (in quotes) Star Wars albums we all love so much.

Hugo Montenegro - Lady In Cement (Soundtrack) (1968)

Best known for his Morricone covers but Hugo could write a mean tune himself as this wonderful soundtrack shows. This is the 2010 vinyl re-release with a couple of extra tracks  Lady In Cement.

BBC Radiophonic Workshop - Fourth Dimension (1973)

I have posted this in the past but my previous copy was a little crackly.  This is a new 180G version I bought a couple of months back, so I thought I'd repost.  And very nice it sounds too.

I appreciate these have been posted a thousand times on a thousand different blogs but I thought I'd stick them up as this is the recent(ish) remaster vinyl release for all three volumes.
