Mike Leander Orchestra - Together (1969)
Firstly, a belated happy New Year to you all. Secondly, apologies for the lack of posts since before Christmas. Sometimes life just gets in the way. Anyway, I'm back on track now with these nice LP from Mike Leander, best known for writing and producing a lot of Gary Glitter's hits in the 70s.
Unfortunately, this album is a little scratchy, particularly after our cat jumped on the turntable while I was recording it! Still, hopefully that won't spoil your enjoyment too much.

Don't bother. Dirty, scratchy, low level copy.
My pleasure. Happy to be back.
And your shares are where?
I did apologise for it being crackly.
Mybloggers, you are a real charmer. Here you are on one of the greatest music blogs of its time and all you can do is complain. Does the word 'graceles' mean anything to you?

Some of us DO appreciate what you do. Thanks for your shares.
Thanks for this I-FE. Mike Leander's arrangements are always worth a listen.
P.S.
I hope you disciplined the cat :)
Glad to see you back here. Thanks for ALL your shares!
Yeah, get a microscope and fix every part of the groove, man. Both of em! And some of the ink has worn off the cover, so the scans are worthless. Worthless I say!
Great blog.
Delicious audio treats.
Much appreciated!
Great to see you back!!!!
Nothing can kill our love to good music.
Happy to see you again!
Hey Im a week behind! Didnt realise you were back - cool :)
Oh & Mybloggers you really are a penis aren't you?
Clearly, the oaf styled as "mybloggers" is only an RIAA troll.
He has an empty site with an insulting name, no music, no profile and only 28 views.
If that were Twitter, he would be a bot and we could block him.
Roll on, I-FE, he's dust beneath your chariot wheels. Your fans know who you are.
