Pete Winslow and The King Size Brass - Up, Up and Away (1972)

Some nice versions of popular standards on here.  Title track is very good.

Just to add to my comment that in fairness to you I do believe that this is the better of the two rips, firstly yours is in 320 bitrate as opposed to Andy's in 192, and also there is a vast amount of clipping on both channels of Andy's rip whereas not so much on your rip.

All in all thanks very much for the better rip.

Thanks VR. I suppose I really should see what others are posting before I put anything new up. We're bound to cross over from time to time though, I suppose.

I-FE,

Of course, it was just that they were so close to-gether in the times of their postings.

Glad you did as I always prefer 320 kbps.

Both have a bit of clipping, but this one sounds a bit more original, less brittle, maybe because of the higher bit rate? Also, one of them has the channels swapped.

Channels swapped, I wonder which one is correct.

Fantastic album! Pete Winslow was great. Even his commercial releases had that classic library sound
