Geoff Love & His Orchestra - Star Wars & Other Space Themes (1978)


















I know what you're thinking and yes, these have been posted a thousand times on a thousand different sites, but I recently managed to find this album on CD - I'd been looking for it for a few years - so I thought I'd upload a clean, crackle-free version.  The CD also includes the follow-up LP Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Other Disco Galactic Themes, so you get two albums for the price of one!

    Brilliant thanks! Im seeing a few Geoff Love in the charity shops at the minute but they seem to be more "War" soundtracks & as a result are less of an interest to me

    O, yeah the war ones are OK but these space ones are great. The Superheroes one is good too, if you can find it.

    I used to have this on vinyl when I was a pre-teen.
    The version of Leia's Theme on here is better than John Williams version.
    It's like an emotional journey in one song.
