The Hollywood Soundmakers - Great Music From The Films (1968)

What a great LP this is.  It sounds like a few blokes down the pub decided to pop into a studio with their bass, guitar and drums to record an album of Morricone greats.  Fantastic.

I am a bit confused though, I thought film music is now going to I-FS? Anyway, looking forward to hearing this!

  7. Real bare bones compared to the original soundstrack, but even so the beauty of the tunes comes out. Many thanks!

  8. GW, yeah film music is still going to go on Soundtracks, but to be honest, I want IFS to have a low profile at the moment, though saying that I had another two DMCA complaints over night; one on here (Harry Stoneham) and one on Soundtracks (Neal Hefti), so our "friend" is still actively ripping us apart bit by bit.
